The polypropylene woven bags (PP bags) are tubular woven made - on circular looms, with no lateral sewing. The product is designed for packing feed ranging from 10 kg to 50 kg. The PP woven bags can be flat or with gusset, being suitable to be palletized.The fibers and the fabric are quality tested in our high-tech laboratory for tensile strength, elongation, and denier, proving a resistance that is very hard to find at other suppliers.Polypropylene woven bags can be:- Open mouth bags;- Laminated;- With PE Liner, without PE Liner.

 

We can produce for you all sizes between 350 to 800 mm width and 600 to 1250 mm length;The bags could be with double sewing at the bottom and top hammed. Different weights; We can print in 1 to 6 colors; Also, we can provide the sanitary certificate to proof that the bags are suitable for food contact. The bags can be also doubled with Polyethylene liners, We can make them with gusset for better storing; We can offer you laminated bags to be water proof and very resistant;

The UV stabilizer ensures the prolonged resistance in the sunshine and the masterbatches can give real nice color to your bags, offering multiple choices: red, green, yellow, blue, black, etc.

With our professional printing press we can custom print the bags to your specifications in maximum 6 durable colors on both sides, using water-based, lead-free inks, offering more attractive appearance.Our printing capabilities are another added value to our customers.
